Zombie Jam Set List

Guys,
Have given considerable thought to the set list for Zombie Jam... here's where it stands. It's probably 90% where we want to be.

First Set
  • Hodja - IG
  • Concrete & Clay - Mico
  • Romeo & Juliet - Rakan
  • Can't Take That Away - Matt D.
  • I Got Rhythm/Flintstones - Kevin/Will B.

Second Set
  • Starfish & Coffee - Rakan
  • Love Potion #9 - Will M.
  • Lonesome Road - Matt
  • Is That the Way You Look? - Matt M.
  • Helmet - Chris
  • And So It Goes
  • Life's Gonna Suck - Kevin
  • You Can't Do That - Dale
  • TOTES - James
Moms (Bring 'Em Up #1)
  • Evaline - Mico
Alums (Bring 'Em Up #2)
  • Drifters Medley - Dylan & Will M.
  • Bible / Dixie
  • Shenandoah - Will B.
  • Chariot - James
Wow! This is gonna be a helluva concert. You've gotta be psyched.

You've also got some final CRANKING to do. Sing together as much as you can... even if the whole group isn't there. NEXT TUESDAY IS CRUCIAL for GROUP SING-TOGETHER COHESION.

I will see you next Wednesday for final work, especially on the Alum set.

Regards, Mike C.

More MP3's of Classic Beacher Songs

Guys,

We're in the final stretch and now face the challenge of finishing up learnings on the legendary Beachers traditional arrangements. I've uploaded MP3 files of the entire Beachers CD. Please point your browser to the following folder and download like a madman.

You can browse the list of songs and download what you need, or even listen right from the list.

Missing Music? Download the PDF of the Nova Songbook

Guys,

Some of you have been without your songbooks at rehearsals. That doesn't work. So, here's a PDF of the entire Nova Songbook. Download it, printout what you need, bring it to rehearsal.

I don't have the Traditional Songbook digitized yet... perhaps for next year.

Zombie Jam

Okay, time for the reality check on the Zombie Jam.

We've got a ton of music... much of it is just run-throughs, minor spackling, and "performance powering"... but there're some that are on the low end of readiness. This entire list will not be in the concert, but most of it will, that means that May is the month for buckling down.

  • Life's Gonna Suck (0.7)
  • Rhythm/Flintstones (0.8)
  • Love Potion #9 (0.9)
  • You Can't Do That (0.9)
  • Can't Take That Away (0.7)

  • Helmet (0.7)
  • Hodja (0.9)
  • Time After Time (0.4)
  • And So It Goes (0.9)

All the rehearsals are critical now.
